Educational programs

The educational programs of the AHR CR are complex, vocational development programs focused on the issues dealt with by the individual AREAS  of the HOTEL and RESTAURANT BUSINESS.

Objectives of the educational  programs:
deepening and developing of knowledge, experience and practical skills in the area, broadening of the qualifications and escalation of professionalism of the performances delivered by the employees of the hotel and restaurant operations.

Concept of the vocational educational programs:

• focused on the problems of individual spheres in the hotel and restaurant business,
• building on the identified needs for development of competencies of individuals and at the same time adhering to the goals of the organization as a whole,
• topics are prepared in coordination with the internal and external lecturers on a highly professional level,
• active and original methods, interactive seminars, lectures, discussions, team activities, excursions, case studies.

Who are the training programs intended to be received by?
Employees of hotels, restaurants and spa facilities who are interested in increasing their professionalism.

Who are the AHR CR seminars conducted by?
Professionals who hold significant positions in the Czech or international hotel companies, executives in the field of gastronomy who are actively performing in the top hotels belonging to Czech or international companies.
All lecturers are implementers of new directions and working procedures. Occasionally also prominent professionals from abroad will be invited to participate at the seminars as part of their business trips to the Czech Republic.

What happens if you fail to participate at the AHR CR seminars?
