* The membership fee for “other chains” (hotels of up to 2 facilities, gastronomic, combined) shall be calculated as a sum of the membership fees of its single elements, and a 25% reduction in price is to be applied to the sum of the mandate fees.

The amounts shown in the table will be split into 2 payments as follows:

• Membership fee is, instantly upon the enrolment of a subject as a member, invoiced by the Secretariat through an accounting document - invoice payable within 14 days.
• Mandatory fee is invoiced for the services that the AHR CR provides to its members within the extent set by the effective Bylaws, and a mandate contract is concluded between the member and the AHR CR concerning this amount on the basis of which this amount can be recognized as a taxable expenditure. The mandate fee is invoiced by the AHR CR Secretariat through an invoice with a 14-day maturity immediately after the acceptance of the application form. Simultaneously with the invoice, a mandate contract in two counterparts is furnished or sent to the member, of which one counterpart has to be signed, sealed and returned back to the Secretariat.

Membership fees do not take the dates of enrolment as an AHR CR member into consideration and they are always charged at full amounts. In case of a membership ceasing to exist in the course of the year, neither the mandate fee nor the membership fee, nor their proportional parts respectively, shall be refunded.
