PARTICIPATION AT EVENTS

To enable the participation at events and the active promotion of the suppliers´ products, we have prepared, same as in the previous year, packages that will enable every company to choose an optimised form of cooperation.

In terms of our innovation efforts directed at the AHR CR events, we have come up with a new ROADSHOW 2011 concept. For this year, on the whole 9 AHR CR ROADSHOW events have been scheduled, which, same as in the last year, will be advertised by invitations distributed to all Czech regions, and which will have an almost identical agenda in all regions, accompanied by exhibitions prepared by our Suppliers. Following the experience from the last year, the Roadshow is now going to be a combination of “live” PowerPoint presentations and one to two film spots on topics that will be specified with a view to the actual structure of the offered products and participating companies.

The film spots will provide space for all “Partners” to supply their presentations, however not in  the traditional commercial form, but rather as an informal element of the topics they will be dealing with. Further, the Roadshow will comprise also a presentation of all “Partners” in the form of always one of their representative delivering a structured PP presentation (3 slides/company) each. During this presentation, the company will be introduced, its seat, contact details, business area and also the latest developments that the participants should notice. In addition, we are planning to provide more space to breaks, so that all participants can walk around the stalls and obtain more information directly from the representatives of each of the companies.

Hospitality&Tourism Summit and Gastronomy Day – implemented in co-operation with the company Blue Events and FOOD SERVICE – a joint event, whose first day focuses on tourism in general and the second day specialises in gastronomy and mass catering. It is a two-day event comprising a gala evening. A part of it is dedicated to the presentation of suppliers.

Czech Hospitality Day – a traditional meeting and exchange of experience among the operators of restaurants and pubs – an informal meeting with a professional programme. It is a one-day event comprising a presentation of the suppliers.

6^th AHR CR Conference – already traditionally, this event is organised in parallel with the General Assembly and the Annual Awards conferment.

The number of RS exhibitors is not limited. The price of the package for the year 2011 is CZK 50,000.

4. One-off attendance

• at a seminar or AHR CR conference according to the Schedule of AHR CR Events (does not apply to Roadshow) – in the form of exhibition space (1 table + chairs), promotional materials, logos.

The price charged for co-participation and presentation arrangements is CZK 35,000 for the members and CZK 50,000 per each individual event.
